Summer 2025 Program


Our summer program will consist of drop-in song workshops, held on Tuesday evenings, beginning on June 24, 2025.

Whether you’ve sung with us regularly or want to check us out for the first time, we invite you to join PDX Vox singers & instructors to sing along with two of the past year’s song arrangements each week.

Dates:

  • Tuesday, June 24: Steven and Rachel will teach “Mr. Blue Sky” and “Say a Little Prayer”

  • Note: no meeting on July 1st

  • Tuesday, July 8: Katy and Hannah will teach “Team” and “Too Sweet”

  • Tuesday, July 15: Katy and Rachel will teach “Wrecking Ball” and “Both Sides Now”

  • Tuesday, July 22: Steven and Aaron will teach “Just What I Needed” and “Seasons of Love”

  • Tuesday, July 29 (sing through a selection of our summer songs and then enjoy individual and small group sharing in an Open Mic format.)

Time: 7:00 - 9:00

Location: Outside Carvlin Hall at St. Philip Neri, SE 16th and Division (inside if weather requires it). 


Semester program general information

Our semester program runs September-December and February-May. Each group of 20-25 singers meets weekly from 7:00-9:00 for 14 weeks (including a 1-week mid-semester break), to learn 5 songs.

Our classes are intended for singers with a variety of experience and skills, though some experience with singing in harmony with others is recommended. We don’t hold auditions.

Tuition is $325 per semester. Monthly payment plans are available upon request, and we are able to offer a limited number of partial scholarships each semester.

Our Fall 2025 Semester

Registration for 2025’s fall semester will open beginning in early August.

Our semester will begin with our All-Group Kick-off the afternoon of September 7th, followed by the first week of rehearsals starting September 8th. The Song Showcase will be December 7th.

 
 

Cost and Payment +

  • Summer Drop-ins cost $25 per person, per evening
  • Group classes cost $325 for the semester (13 weeks, fall and spring)
  • Free Bird program for returning singers costs $100 for the semester (fall and spring)
